Who We Are
Alafeya Bailey
LCSWAlafeya Bailey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She attended Limestone College in Columbia, SC, where she received a Bachelors of Social Work degree. Later she went on earn a Masters of Social Work degree from Barry University. Alafeya has over 10 years’ experience working with children, adults and elderly population to provide mental health services in a variety of settings. These settings include outpatient therapy, home health, community based social work and working with incarcerated individuals. Alafeya's belief is that everyone deserves to be happy and that in order to experience true happiness one must have a healthy mind, body and spirit.
Effie Alford
LCSW Effie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.
Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or issues related to self-esteem and self-worth, she is here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health, she had had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds—including active-duty military members, veterans, women, adolescents, teens, and young adults—across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
I believe that everyone possesses the strength to overcome life’s obstacles. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment where you feel empowered to create meaningful change and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Lisa Branch
MSW Lisa Branch is an energetic, license-eligible social worker committed to helping individuals find balance, healing, and hope through life’s challenges. She works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression,
grief, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma.
Grounded in a client-centered and strengths-based approach, Lisa believes that each person holds the capacity for growth and change. She strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to build the tools they need
for emotional well-being. Lisa brings warmth, empathy, and authenticity to her work, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them on their journey toward greater self-understanding and fulfillment.

Individual Counseling
Your first session, referred to as an intake, is a time of history collecting.This is a chance for you to let your provider know what brings you in at this moment in your life. With your consent, your provider may also ask clarifying questions and request other information about your life experience(s). If after meeting with your potential provider, should you or your provider think you aren’t a good fit for each other, please let them know. We will gladly refer you to someone else who may be a better fit.
First Session (Intake): $200
60 Minute Session: $175
Family Counseling
- 50 minute session: $180
- Additional Time: $75 per hour
Group Counseling
- 60 minute session: $60

- 60 minute evaluation: $120
